Who
we are

Equal Admission was founded on 8 years of experience in university admissions at Rice University and the University of Texas System, as well as 4 years as a private college consultant.

As an AD at Rice, I reviewed over 14,000 college applications, witnessing firsthand how students with incredible stories were passed over because their applications were not as strong as they could have been due to a lack of access to college assistance and resources, or insights into the higher education system to help them stand out in the process.

As a consultant, I helped students craft their college strategy, brainstorm college essays, create resumes, prepare for interviews, and coach them to strengthen their extracurriculars. However, I firmly believe students do not need to pay thousands of dollars for a private consultant to build a strong application. They simply need the right tools, clear guidance, and someone who believes in their story.

Equal Admission exists to provide that. Through affordable digital guides, workshops, college coaching templates, and honest insights, I help students discover their unique stories and showcase them with confidence.

Your application will tell a story — so let’s make it unforgettable.
